Some details on the VP / Director, Finance Controller role in Hyderabad:- Own and lead the India finance function end-to-end, positioning it as a strategic capability within the global organisation
- Strengthen financial controls across all India entities, ensuring robust accounting, compliance, and risk governance aligned to global standards
- Navigate complex accounting and regulatory matters with sound judgement; escalate issues appropriately when required
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders including the board, regulators, global leadership, and external advisors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across geographies, ensuring alignment across the global function
- Identify and implement AI processes and tools within finance workflows
- Partner with technology teams to evaluate and adopt tools while maintaining strict control standards
