Drive executive-level sales by engaging decision-makers (Director-level and above) to deliver tailored solutions that align with business, financial, and sustainability goals.
Transform existing buildings by identifying opportunities to optimize performance, reduce costs, and modernize infrastructure through advanced automation and controls.
Own and expand your portfolio through proactive pipeline management, with a strong focus on service agreements, retrofits, and long-term partnerships.
Grow recurring revenue streams by successfully selling, renewing, and upselling multi-year service agreements across new and existing accounts.
Build trusted advisor relationships with owners and key stakeholders, influencing strategy and positioning Johnson Controls as a preferred partner.

Influence and negotiate: Confidently address objections, shape service strategies, and close high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
Leverage tools and data: Use CRM and sales methodologies (e.g., account planning, pipeline management) to drive accurate forecasting and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with internal technical, service, and solutions teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and exceed expectations.
