Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Document Controller positions in Andover, MA. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hybrid)
Weekly paycheck
Pay: $44.68/hr

Responsibilities:
Classify, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper filing and retrieval processes
Track document activity including updates, distribution, retrieval, and removal while maintaining accurate logs
Develop and maintain document control systems, including indexing, coding, and revision control processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in document control, records management, or related administrative roles
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems
Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality and effective communication skills

Pay Details: $44.68 per hour
