Description
Dunlap for Congress seeks a Deputy Finance Director & Call Time Manager based in Old Town, ME to support campaign fundraising operations by coordinating candidate call time, managing donor records, and ensuring accurate financial tracking in compliance with campaign finance regulations. The role assists with the development and execution of fundraising strategies while maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between the candidate, Finance Director, Campaign Manager, and donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily call time schedules, prepare materials, and track fundraising outreach and donor follow-up.
- Manage campaign finance databases by maintaining accurate donor records, contribution tracking, and pledge reconciliation.
- Process contributions, maintain financial documentation, and reconcile fundraising transactions for accuracy and transparency.
- Generate fundraising reports and analytics to monitor campaign performance, donor engagement, and fundraising progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with campaign leadership to organize fundraising events, donor meetings, and finance-related logistics.
- Draft donor correspondence, acknowledgments, and fundraising communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and donor information.
- Streamline administrative and financial processes to improve efficiency across finance and fundraising operations.
- Provide operational support for campaign activities, coordinating with staff, volunteers, vendors, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Attend fundraisers, campaign events, and other campaign activities as needed, including late nights and weekends.
- Assist the Finance Director and Campaign Manager with other miscellaneous campaign tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
