Description
Part time Controller. Aproximately one day per week/25 hours per month.
Handle all accounting operations for a real estate firm, which owns 5 mobile home parks in 3 states. Seeking someone who is very attentive to detail but can also understand big picture, take initiative to identify issues of interest to management and with good social and communication skills, for interactions with property managers, tenants, vendors and others. Strong computer skills required, including ability to adapt to various software systems.
Assure proper recording of tenant records, rent payments, accounts payable, loan payments, regulatory filings, utility charges, bank reconciliations, insurance and otherwise properly maintain general ledger accounting system. Also handle non- routine tasks related to the accounting work and assist owner as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree, Accounting experience, CPA preferred
