Description

Our client, a leading multinational group based in Geneva, is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CFO.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help manage priorities, coordinate key stakeholders, prepare executive materials, and support the delivery of strategic and financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CFO's agenda, meetings, and key priorities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefing notes, and Board materials.
• Coordinate executive meetings and follow up on action points.
• Organize travel and complex schedules.
• Act as a key liaison between the CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects and Finance initiatives.
• Review management reporting and business updates.
• Assist in the preparation of governance and executive committee materials.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting a CFO or senior executive.
• Experience within a multinational group, bank, international organization, NGO.
• Strong understanding of finance and reporting. Able to read and understand Balance Sheets, P&L, budgets, forecasts, management reports and key risk indicators.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-oriented.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English required. French is a plus.
