Company Overview

Republic Business Credit was founded by entrepreneurs and has grown into a nationally recognized commercial finance company that now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renasant Bank (“RNST”). Republic provides asset-based lending, factoring and E-commerce lending to entrepreneurial and private equity-owned businesses across the country. Our experienced and award-winning team will help clients to understand their unique needs and empower them to achieve their goals.

Company History

RBC has established itself as an industry-leading commercial finance platform, focused on providing efficient working capital solutions to clients. Founded in 2011, our company's product line started with recourse factoring and has expanded to also include traditional factoring and asset-based lending with the additional of our Los Angeles office in 2019. Our company has grown to include 5 office locations: New Orleans (headquarters), Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Atlanta with numerous new departments including legal and field examinations. In 2023, we became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renasant Bank ("RNST").
