Salary:

$200,000.00 - $320,000.00 Annual

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore or Hong Kong
• Candidates must have relevant financial sponsors, fund finance or PE financing experience
• VP or Director, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end deal execution: origination, structuring, credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific
• Analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions that vary in complexity
• Portfolio management of the existing fund finance facilities across Asia Pacific; complete periodical customer reviews, assist with ad-hoc requests from the client and the refinancing and extension of the facilities
• Manage existing client relationships and contributing to cross sell activities
• Lead & develop new client pipelines
• Establish and maintain an effective network of internal and external contacts across private equity funds
• Develop recommendations for the appropriate course of action, prepare and present credit submissions, liaise with external legal counsel on documentation
• Prepare and compile various reports for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in banking/fund finance/private equity funds
• Strong credit, structuring, and execution skills
• Strong exposure to Fund Finance products - subscription facilities, GP facilities, hybrid and NAVs
• Self-motivated, results-focused team player with strong learning ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous fund finance / financial sponsors / PE Financing experience preferred
