Vice President, Finance (Path to CFO), Colorado Springs

FaithSearch Partners has been retained by a highly regarded, multi-site dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice in Colorado Springs to identify a Controller/Vice President, Finance. Founded 15 years ago by a Harvard-trained physician, this 20-provider organization is a recognized market leader in Southern Colorado and is distinguished by its strong growth, clinical excellence, and commitment to charitable giving.

Reporting to executive leadership, the Controller/VP, Finance will serve as a strategic partner with responsibility spanning accounting operations, financial planning, and executive-level analysis. This role offers a clear path to Chief Financial Officer and requires the ability to move seamlessly between detailed accounting work and high-level financial strategy.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

CPA or CPA-eligible with 6+ years of progressive experience
Big 4 or comparable public accounting background strongly preferred
Demonstrated strength across both accounting and finance
Healthcare industry experience highly desirable
Executive presence and ability to present to senior leadership
