What You Do
Client Service Representative
- Receive phone calls and office visitors requesting changes to existing coverage and/or new policies. Determine acceptability and placement make recommendations, complete applications or endorsement requests and collect premium when applicable
- Review existing accounts to determine if an additional line of insurance or coverage of insurance should be recommended
- Maintain and develop underwriting knowledge as well as procedures for all carriers using internet sites
- Assist in meeting monthly pre-established goals
- Handle all clients with a high level of customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and professionalism at every service contact.
- Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance coverage needs.
- Perform other duties as requested, including exercising discretion and judgment prioritizing workload.
Your Education and Experience
Required
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
- Basic knowledge of personal lines insurance coverage
- The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
