The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work and partner with a highly experienced CFO, as well as senior agency leaders and plays a key role in keeping the finance engine of the business running smoothly.

You will gain exposure across a broad range of finance responsibilities from billing and revenue forecasting through to reporting, treasury and process improvement.

• Managing client billing and invoicing, including retainers and project-based work.
• Supporting revenue forecasting and financial reporting.
• Processing supplier invoices and coordinating weekly payment runs.
• Preparing month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitoring accounts receivable and assisting with debtor management.
• Supporting cash management and banking processes.
• Assisting with year-end financial reporting and FBT compliance.

About You

You are an organised and commercially curious finance professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative environment.

You bring strong attention to detail and enjoy working across multiple priorities, while building relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Ideally, you will have:

• 3-5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience managing billing, invoicing or accounts processes.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with finance systems such as xero.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders across different teams.
• A proactive mindset and an interest in improving processes and systems.
