Description

Our client, a global investment bank, is looking for a Data & System Transformation Lead to assess critical gaps in their finance systems architecture, data governance, and workflow efficiency. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

The successful candidate will conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current finance systems landscape, identify root causes of redundant workflows and data quality issues, and design scalable solutions that enable seamless data flow from upstream systems through product control, treasury, financial control, and regulatory reporting functions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the Data Transformation and Governance strategy for the region.

Required Qualifications

Experience
- 12+ years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, or process improvement roles, with at least 5 years in financial services, or corporate finance environments, preferably with a consulting background
- Experience in solution design and technical delivery with at least 3 years leading data transformations (e.g. integration, database, business logic, infrastructure, and non-functional considerations).
- Knowledge of finance systems architecture and integration patterns (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
- Strong understanding of financial control frameworks and internal controls over financial reporting
