This organisation is committed to promoting better healthcare and services for customers across Asia. As part of the expansion, we have established a Group Healthcare Provision Business. This unit focuses on setting up, partnering through joint ventures, and acquiring medical centres in key markets including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. It owns and operates these clinics, and this role will be central in streamlining them into existing business operations while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Your new role
The (Associate) Director, Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the healthcare provision business across multiple entities. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial planning, reporting, and governance for a growing portfolio of clinics, including greenfield projects and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the healthcare provision business.
- Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
- Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate group-level financial consolidation and reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple markets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or multi-entity environments.
- Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational finance.
- Experience in M&A and building finance functions from the ground up is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
